Michelle has been working in nursing facilities since 1994. She began by working in housekeeping/laundry, then became a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in 1996. She eventually worked as the activities assistant here at Brownsburg Health Care Center and then as the admissions coordinator. She returned to Brownsburg Health Care Center as our activities director after going to work for another long-term care facility for 4 years. She became a certified activities director in 2022 and all of her coworkers are proud of her for it. She is a local Brownsburg girl and has lived here all of her life. She has been married to her supportive husband for 19 years. She has 3 children who have made her an empty nester this year, two stepdaughters, and two step-granddaughters, with another step-granddaughter on the way.
