Emily is a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in health administration. Emily started her career in long-term care back in 2017 during an internship as an activity assistant. After the internship, Emily knew she belonged in long-term care and continued her career as an activity assistant. Emily then came to Health Services Management in 2019 as the business office manager and then decided to pursue her administrator’s license in April 2021. Her favorite part of the job is making connections with her residents and their families. You can find Emily enjoying her free time with her fiancé and their goldendoodle, Garth.
